This quote is not mine, but it describes in a wonderful way how I see the world, how I got into photography and what the purpose of my (photographic) life is.

Cameras have accompanied me on my life path for over 25 years. In 2017 I left the hobby area and steered it in a professional direction. Since then I have been an active stock photographer with regular sales of photos and videos in the creative and editorial sectors on the photo agencies Getty Images, Adobe Stock and Shutterstock.

I´m also studying photo design and media design at Deutschen POP in Munich with the goal of Bachelor (Hons) Photography. I received my Diploma Photo Designer in April 2022.

Wildlife

“Wildlife traditionally refers to undomesticated animal species, but has come to include all plants, fungi, and other organisms that grow or live wild in an area without being introduced by humans.” ^{_{(Source: Wikipedia)}}  

I myself would like to take the term even further and include the environments, the areas in which these plants, animals and organisms live. Wildlife – wild life – for me also includes the at least apparently untouched nature that surrounds us, in which we live and where we are a part of it.

What is particularly close to my heart is not only observing animals in the wild, but also capturing natural phenomena in the sky with my camera. The Milky Way, solar eclipses, aurora borealises, the midnight sun and much more – these are my passions, which I pursue with heart and soul.
